Komolika tells her that she had spiked Prerna's and Anurag might have taken a sip from it. She asks Komolika if she spiked his drink. She, however, soon realises that Anurag is intoxicated. Instead of blessing him, Mohini slaps Anurag. Anurag fills her parting with vermillion and the two open the door to take Mohini's blessings. The two complete pheras and Prerna says the wedding is incomplete with sindoor.
Komolika and Mohini continue to shout and scream but to no avail. Mohini, Anupam, Nivedita and Mishka all gather around the window and see the intoxicated couple taking pheras. Komolika peeps through the window and is horrified to see the two taking saat pheras. Prerna and Anurag have no clue what's happening outside and continue with the ceremonies.
“Everyone on the set is really friendly and we are a family out there.When the two are ready to get married, Komolika knocks on the door saying she knows that the two are inside. My character has gotten very mature where she gives advices to her sister as well as handles her broken love life.”Ĭharvi is happy to be shooting with the cast of the show. Now with Prerna growing stronger and going to the Basu house to claim her rights, Shivani has again stood by her. After that came a phase wherein Shivani had her own love life and dealt with problems related to it. She was the one who persuaded Prerna to reciprocate her feelings for Anurag. Later, when Anurag and Prerna fell in love, my character motivated them and actually played cupid in the love story. Talking about the graph she has seen in the character, Charvi states, “Initially, I was the baby sister to Prerna. Their love story was brought to a screeching halt with Komolika threatening Shivani. In the track, Shivani was paired opposite Komolika’s (Hina Khan) brother Ronit (Tarun Mahilani) and she had gotten pregnant with his kid. Even in the track, Shivani has always been on the side of Prerna to motivate her.” The scenes with me and Erica really come out well. Shivani has been one of the strong supporters of their love story. I have always loved playing the cupid between Anurag (Parth Samthaan) and Prerna (Erica Fernandes). Says Charvi who has done shows like Woh Apna Sa, Bade Bhaiyya Ki Dulhaniya, “My journey with Kasautii Zindagii Kay is going really good. Talented actor Charvi Saraf who is presently seen essaying the role of Shivani, sister of Erica Fernandes aka Prerna in the popular Star Plus show, Kasautii Zindagii Kay (Balaji Telefilms) is happy with the growth that her character has seen.
